This fully equipped, tastefully decorated, log siding home with beautiful stone finish is spacious enough to sleep up to 6 people. Enter the main level of STONEWOOD LODGE to a well lit open floor plan that includes living room, dining room and kitchen. Master bedroom with King bed and satellite TV also located on main level equipped with its own en-suite. En-suite is a full bath with tub/shower combo. Bring your favorite KCups for the provided Keurig. Upstairs bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a full bath en-suite with tub/shower combo. Soak in the hot tub on the spacious deck after a long day in town or on a hike in the Smoky Mountains. Seasonal swimming pool access is offered to guests of this gated community! The pool is typically open Memorial Day-Labor Day.

Driveway is very steep. and there are some steep and winding mountain roads en route to the cabin. 4WD is highly recommended year round.

How is the drive to this cabin?
The drive to this cabin is steep and winding in areas. No 4 wheel drive necessary except during winter weather.

How close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is this cabin?
This cabin is 8 miles from the parkway of Pigeon Forge and 16 miles from the parkway of Gatlinburg.

How many vehicles will fit in the driveway?
3 vehicles will fit in this driveway.

Do I need to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc?
YES… We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom, one trash bag per trash can, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 small bar of soap per sink. You are responsible for bringing your own extras. We also provide 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed, 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed, and 1 kitchen set (1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent). We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotions, laundry detergent, coffee or coffee filters, salt and pepper, charcoal for grills, daily maid service or flashlights/candles/matches (too often these items were taken home by guests so we stopped providing them).

Is this cabin dog friendly?
NO… And we charge $250 when evidence of dog/animal is found inside unit.

Will I encounter wildlife?
Possibly. Black bears are attracted to food and are very curious and destructive, so DO NOT leave food in your vehicles or unaccompanied food on decks and porches and grills. If your cabin does not have a bear proof trash can, please call us for trash pick up.

And remember, you are surrounded by flourishing nature and a national wildlife reserve, so it’s not unusual for bugs to get into your cabin. We do a very good job of spotting and cleaning bugs before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee they won’t return, just as you can’t prevent 100% of bugs from entering your own home. Please be respectful of the fact that we don’t have total control over nature.

Will the hot tub be clean for my arrival?
Absolutely. In fact the water may still need time to heat up on the day of your arrival. Just keep the cover on the hot tub and turn on the jets, as this will heat the hot tub quicker. To keep your hot tub clean for the length of your stay, keep the cover on the hot tub when not using it and rinse off your skin in the shower before entering the hot tub. Unwashed skin will dirty a hot tub quickly, and we only drain & clean the hot tubs after check-out. If there is sediment in your hot tub upon check-in, it is because your cabin’s water comes from a well.

The cabin overall was great. The drive up to the cabin is very steep, although we didn’t need to use AWD it is highly recommended, especially if the road is wet and has lots of leaves. This cabin was perfect for our annual anniversary trip. Everything was very clean and well organized. The hot tub was wonderful and was placed so that you have a view of the mountains in the distance through all the trees surrounding the house. The cabin sits high enough up on the mountain that it has plenty of privacy, although there is a cabin next door, the placement of the cabins is where you cannot see each other. This cabin has the most comfortable mattress of any house or cabin we have ever rented. We had an amazing time and all the communication with Auntie Belhams was fabulous. They were always on top of everything, reaching out with all the information before it was needed and responding extremely fast to any messages sent. I cannot say enough good things about this cabin and rental company.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful, with amazing views of the mountains. Many windows and balconies all around the cabin to enjoy the view. The cabin was very spacious and felt just like home with the fire place. The cabin was very clean and had plenty of tools for us to use such as bathroom towels, blankets and kitchen appliances etc. The host was super responsive and extremely nice & helpful. The only concerning factor was the drive up to the cabin, it was extremely steep and narrow. All wheel drive vehicle is a MUST! However after a few times up and down we got the hang of it and it became a fun factor. I will definitely be renting this cabin again in the years to come :)
