Three Things You Don’t Want to Miss at Dollywood’s Harvest Festival

The Harvest Celebration fun doesn’t end until November 2, so make sure you don’t miss out on these three things at the festival.

1. Fall Colors

If you enjoy looking at the colorful leaves of the Smoky Mountains, there is no better time to visit than the fall. The last two weeks, leading into the beginning of November, fall colors will reach its peak at the lower elevations. Dollywood sits in the low elevation, so you still have time to visit to see the beauty of fall. During the festival, until November 2, you can take plenty of stunning pictures throughout the park with all of the fall decorations.

2. Handcrafted Artwork

Dollywood’s Harvest Celebration brings in many artists from across the United States. Thousands of visitors will stop by their galleries at Dollywood throughout the festival time, to meet and greet with the artists while exploring through their items. Each of the handmade items makes a perfect holiday gift or Smoky Mountain souvenir for anyone who couldn’t make it to stay in one of our Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg cabins.

3. Live Music

The National Southern Gospel and Harvest Celebration is also a wonderful time for families to enjoy a little Southern Gospel music while they wander the theme park. At the many theaters throughout the park, popular Southern Gospel musicians will be performing free concerts for the park’s visitors. Make sure you check out the line-up of musicians that will be performing, so you can make plans to visit on that day!
