The Barbeque and Bluegrass Festival is held at the Dollywood theme park, which is situated at 2700 Dollywood Parks Boulevard in Pigeon Forge, TN. For guests who would rather take the Dollywood Trolley to the park, plenty of parking is available at the Old Mill trolley station in front of Patriot Park.
