Stay in for a cozy night and make a pot of soup with sandwiches or salad on the side. Once you decide what you want to make, head to the grocery store with a list of everything in your dish. It is just a short drive away from our cabins. The kitchen has all the tools and appliances you need as well as storage space for ingredients. When the work is done, enjoy your food around the kitchen table. A good meal is a simple way to bring your travel group together.

2. Watch a Movie or Play a Game

Another activity you can do in one of our Smoky Mountain cabins is to watch a movie. The living area has a TV with ample comfy seating in front of it. Want to take your viewing experience to the next level? If so, rent a cabin that also has a theater room. Have all the fun of going to the movies without paying for a ticket or sitting through trailers. You’ll love sitting in reclining chairs and seeing all the action on the big screen. You can still gather in the living area for a friendly game. Some cabins have pool or foosball tables. You may already know the game well or need help figuring it out. Pick up the rules as you go along. You may even surprise yourself by discovering a new talent. Either way, it is all about having fun.

3. Soak in the Hot Tub

While you’re in the Smokies, you need to spend some time in the fresh mountain air. All cabins have a hot tub on the deck. Guests love to sit in them and admire all the scenery. It is hard to believe that the Smokies are some of the oldest mountain ranges in the world, as their beauty remains timeless. The beauty changes throughout the year! For example, there are wildflowers in the spring and fiery fall colors in autumn. Look high into the treetops and on the ground to see if you can spot any animals. As you do so, the hot water will soothe any tired muscles while the hum of the jets helps clear your mind. Along with the hot tub, the deck has comfortable seating too.
