You are welcome to bring a maximum of two small, well groomed and well maintained dogs (no other types of pets are allowed), 50 lbs. or less, per one of our Gatlinburg cabins. Some Gatlinburg cabins do not allow pets, so please make us aware of your intention to bring your pet(s) at the time you make your reservation. There is a $75 charge per reservation for bringing your pet.

If the property is damaged by the pet which would include excessive amounts of shedding , furniture that has been chewed on or unexpected surprises, including flea’s, you will be notified and your card on file will be charged for the excessive wear. You can control this by cleaning up after the pet and ensuring that they do not damage the furniture.

We do not allow for pets to be locked up in any particular room of your rental during your absence.

Please do not leave you dog(s) behind unless kept in a kennel.

Pets are not allowed on neighboring properties.

Pets must be on a leash when outdoors, we are not responsible for lost pets.

You will be assessed a non refundable $250 penalty charge if we find you have a pet that has not been registered at the office or if you have a pet that is in a rental that has not been listed as “pet friendly” and/or be evicted from the rental property. No refunds will be reimbursed to evicted guests.

Sorry, no pets are allowed in units that are not listed as “pet friendly”.
